Situation Analysis

Under the Process page, you read about the steps I take to create instruction.

When approached with an instructional need, I launch my planning, design, and
development process with the following questionnaire, which was influenced by the book, Strategic Learning by W. Peitersen.

Analysis is a detailed process, but it informs all the other steps and the final outcome of the project.

Below, is a questionnaire designed to help my Stakeholder(s) and SME dig into the
training needs, training gaps, and competency requirements in relation to the audience – as well as thoroughly reveal the expectations of the Stakeholder(s).

Digging Deeper into the Situation and Its Analysis
